Red, Red, and more Red

This post is all about red.  The challenge was red...the more red the better. How do you think I did?

It's definitely a red card, don't you think?

Well, it's another -40C day here.  Sigh.  At least we're more than half way through winter.  I hope it's much warmer in your part of the world.

Have a wonderful day, and don't forget to enter my blog candy here.

Oh yah--if you're interested in copic technique classes, I've got two coming up. One in Rossburn on February 18th and two in Winnipeg on February 25th.  If you're interested, drop me a line and I'll give you all the details.

A Bride in Blue

Reminder:  You can enter my blog candy here.

I was recently give a Sugarplum image to demo with some copic markers.  Here name is Bride Emma and she is available here at All That Scraps.  For all those of you in Manitoba, Kelly at Gone Scrappin' in Bloom also carries this Sugarplum, along with many others. I also colored the white satin ribbon with the B23 copic marker.  I love how you can alter ribbon with the markers to make it match the card so nicely.

Look Ma----No Markers!

These Teeny Trees have been calling at me for a couple of challenges now, but I just haven't had the right idea for using them. This time everything fell together.

These stamps are available at Waltzingmouse Stamps.  I stamped the tree, leaves and bird with razzleberry ink from SU. The dotted circles are also from the same set and are stamped with versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder. I used the rectangle spellbinder dies to emboss the rectangle shape on the background of the burgundy cardstock.

Another CAS card.  I'm loving them.

A Fancy Fold

I've made a gate fold card using a new digi image I purchased from Claudia and Co.  You can see it here.  Her name is Ella and she is a really cute, versatile stamp.  For this card, I didn't use the little doll that is part of the set. The sentiment is from Lily of the Valley.

Here are the copics I've used: E000,E00, E30,E33,E35, N0,N3, YG03, YG05, YG07, BG05

Supplies used:
Crystal stickles
Copics
Oval and Scalloped oval spellbinder dies
Circle and Scalloped circle spellbinder dies
Prima pearls
